Unless you are Rihanna, fur shouldn’t be anyone’s choice of attire to a dessert event!!!
It should be very uncomfortable.
Arriving in an off-the-shoulder fur piece worn with cuffed jeans, combat boots, and layers of turquoise jewelry, Rihanna succinctly captured the prairie-chic look that has been running through fashion of late, adding her singular “bad gal” spin.
She topped the outfit by Maria Grazia Chiuri’s Western-themed collection with a stone embellished bolero hat and a fringe-trimmed Dior flap bag.
Since Rihannna is an ambassador for the top brand, her slay at this event, was very much expected, because she serves as a prime example of the versatility of the French house; whether dressed up or down, she lends individuality to clothing that could be worn exactly as styled on the runway.
While the Rihanna is known for never shying away from controversial fashions, her fur jacket still caused a stir amongst her fans on social media. Other than the fact that the coat was an unconventional garment for the California heat, users didn’t like the fact that the singer was wearing the animal hair in the first place.
Well, as we aware, people will always have something to say. Good or bad. It is just how it is.
